The Trinity Home fits into any subdivision or housing project and can be built as a multiple-unit residential building.
Trinity Homes comprise of log posts, which act as an exoskeleton that bears all loads, and walls that are Polyurethane, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). These components are precision cut and profiled using state-of-the-art computer controlled manufacturing systems, in a creative way, to fit into the upright load-bearing posts.
Settling issues are eliminated, as well as the need for trim, which reduces the requirement for extra labour and specialized knowledge on behalf of the contractor and sub trades and represents a significant savings in construction labour, time and overall cost.
In order to greatly simplify both initial manufacture and final on site assembly, all the homes’ door, window, electrical, utilities and other openings are pre-cut.
With these techniques and more, Trinity is able to quickly produce homes that can be installed to “lock-up stage” on an owner prepared foundation within a matter of days. The manufacturing plant will be the first of it’s kind to produce SIPs in Western Canada.
